The ROC Wales Summer

More miles and a mountain for Millie!
Not only a swim bike and run, but the run was up to the top of Snowdon and back down again, followed by another leg on the bike and onto a beach run to finish. Millie smashed it, finishing as 5th placed female and completing in a time of 6:09:10.
