Leicester Triathlon Club 2025 Points Series


This year sees the launch of the club's fun points series. The aims of the series are to boost participation, encourage more members to attend selected local races and allow for some healthy competition within the club.

How it works
There are seven points scoring opportunities for the 2025 season: four triathlon events and three separate swim/bike/run efforts.

Points will be awarded for each of these for male and female categories. The fastest athlete in each category will be awarded 10 points, the second fastest nine points, and so on. If more than 10 athletes participate then 10th place onwards each receive one point.

The points series total will be taken from the five best results, with an opportunity to gain an additional five points by taking part in the national relays as part of an LTC team.

Swim/Bike/Run Efforts
  • Swimming (400m best effort) - submit your fastest time from strava or garmin completed in 2025 and submitted before 31st October
  • 10 Mile Cycling TT - submit your fastest time from any approved CTT 10 mile course completed in 2025 and submitted before 31st October
  • Parkrun (5km) - submit your fastest time from any Parkrun course completed in 2025 and submitted before 31st October​
